Data We Collect:
- Contact metadata (Name, email address, phone number) provided via our project intake forms.
- Technical telemetry (IP address, browser type, device type) used solely to optimize canvas rendering performance.
- Brand assets and assets submitted for branding strategy evaluation.
Legal Basis & Retention:
Data processing is executed under the legal grounds of contract performance and legitimate studio interest. We retain project records for a maximum of 36 months post-project delivery unless statutory retention requirements apply under Spanish law.
3. Terms of Service
By interacting with our interactive visual builder or contracting our branding services, you agree to comply with these terms:
- Intellectual Property Rights: Upon full settlement of project invoices, client entities receive exclusive commercial rights to final, published primary logos and visual identity guidelines created for them. OrbitalFusionLabs retains rights to intermediate canvas concepts and technical framework components.
- Canvas Interactivity: All interactive tools provided on this domain are for visual demonstration and prototyping purposes. Unapproved copying of our proprietary visual canvas engines is strictly prohibited.
4. Cookie & Telemetry Policy
Our platform uses minimal functional and session storage cookies to save your active canvas preferences and state toggles. You can clear or reject non-essential cookies via our consent banner at any time.
5. Refund & Guarantee Guidelines
Due to the custom creative nature of visual branding and architectural strategy frameworks, retainer deposits and completed milestone fees are non-refundable once design discovery phases have commenced. Milestone revisions are executed according to the scope outlined in your individual service agreement.
